FREE PEOPLE, PAPER SOURCE AND FRANCESCA’S COMING TO THE CORNERS FREE PEOPLE LOCATION WILL BE FIRST-IN-MARKET FOR THE RETAILER
Town of Brookfield, WI – Brookfield Corners, LLC announced today that Free People, Paper Source and Francesca’s have signed leases for retail space at its upscale lifestyle center, The Corners of Brookfield. The high-end mixed use development, which is expected to open Spring 2017, will be home to several retailers entering Wisconsin or the Greater Milwaukee region for the first time, including Free People, L.L. Bean, Von Maur, Arhaus and Twigs.
Free People stores feature its own line of American bohemian apparel, intimates, swimwear and accessories for young women that sell in over 1,400 specialty stores nationwide. Much of Free People’s clothing is hand-dyed or handknit, giving each piece a unique look and shoppers distinctive apparel.
In addition to a unique selection of gifts, paper, cards and stationary, Paper Source offers workshops and demonstrations for its customers. Francesca’s boutiques are an eclectic mix of carefully-curated clothing, bold accessories, and playful gifts that arrive almost daily.
“These additions to our already exceptional line up of retailers will help create a unique and desirable shopping destination for local and regional consumers. These brands, added to dining experiences and high-end, urban design residential rentals, make The Corners the place to be in the Brookfield area. Other retailers at The Corners include Sendik’s, Café Hollander, Evereve, Anthropologie, and lululemon athletica.
