Bringing 5,000-year-old Himalayan Kundalini and Kriya Yoga to celebrate the Summer Solstice and International Yoga Day!

Lululemon Ambassador and owner of Tribal Yoga School, Elissa Albert, has teamed up with The Corners of Brookfield, lululemon, Goddess and the Baker and more local vendors to bring you the ultimate morning of health and wellness.

Elissa recently returned from her second, 5-week trip to North India, where she studied under an Indian Yoga Guru. In this 1.5-hour integrated workshop Elissa will be sharing Himalayan breathwork, energetic exercises, and meditation techniques known as Kundalini and Kriya Yoga.

*Class begins at 9am.

*Must register to attend. Limited spots are available.

*Bring a yoga mat + water bottle.

*Wear white. *This is an outdoor yoga class.

*The workshop will be held in the Market Square at Corners Brookfield, which is located in front of Von Maur and Bel Air Cantina. There is plenty of free parking.

*Following the workshop mix and mingle with local vendors and the tribe!

*There will be freshly pressed juice from Goddess and the Baker, permanent jewelry, and more!

This Kundalini and Kriya Yoga event will cleanse and detox your system like never before. It will help you activate your willpower and find inner strength through the breath and movement. Kriya Yoga is considered the most transformative practice for breaking through blockages, limitations, fear, self-doubt, and more. It also helps us step into our power, align with our truth, and helps us cultivate steadfast groundedness, so we can operate at our highest potential. At the end of the event we will raffle off prizes!
