Bartender

Responsible for providing friendly, attentive, and timely service to create an exceptional experience for all guests. Monitors bar inventory and takes appropriate action. Additionally you will ensure a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient guest service to guests and team members.

Dining Room Assistant

The primary responsibility of a Dining Room Assistant is to reset tables in a speedy professional and effective manner as guests leave the restaurant. Dining Room Assistants are also responsible for the grooming of the entire restaurant and its perimeters, as well as supporting servers and service staff with refills and clearing tables. Other duties will be expected as need arises.

Dishwasher

Provides prompt, efficient and friendly guest service.  Handles food, equipment, and materials in a safe manner and ensures the work area is always clean and neat.

Host/Hostess
Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service, as well as be the first impression of our establishment.  Arranges parties or special services for guests

Line Cook
The Line Cook is responsible for supporting the BOH Managers to deliver high-quality, great tasting food; proper food safety and sanitation procedures and profitability. The Line Cook is responsible for prepping ingredients and assembling dishes according to restaurant recipes and specifications

Prep Cook

The Prep Cook is responsible for supporting the BOH Managers to deliver high-quality, great tasting food; proper food safety and sanitation procedures and profitability. The Prep Cook is responsible for prepping ingredients used in dishes according to restaurant recipes and specifications

Server
Provides prompt, efficient and friendly guest service.    Responsible for taking and delivering food and beverage orders to patrons. Ensures correct and prompt delivery of food
