[solidcore] to Open at The Corners of Brookfield

Wisconsin Vision to relocate to larger space within town center

Town of Brookfield, Wis.The Corners of Brookfield today announced that [solidcore] – the nationwide, fast-growing strength training workout on a custom reformer – will open at the town center. The new studio will be located in a 2,276 sq. ft. space on the northwest side of the center opposite Sendik’s home goods store on Union St.

[solidcore] is a 50-minute, high intensity, low impact, resistance training workout that targets the core, lower and upper body. The membership-based studio offers small class sizes and personalized attention, with workouts that utilize slow and controlled movements scientifically designed to build stronger muscles when classes are taken consistently 2-3 times a week.

The Corners will be [solidcore]’s third Wisconsin location, joining Madison and Milwaukee studios. Construction began in May, with an anticipated opening in the fall of 2024.

“We are thrilled to welcome [solidcore] to The Corners,” said Robert Gould, CEO of Brookfield Corners, LLC. “Our center’s seasonal group workout pop ups attract great interest and with the growth of tenants like lululemon, we know our community loves to take part in fun fitness activities. [solidcore] will bring such a unique exercise offering to Waukesha County, and we look forward to it opening this fall.”

In addition, Wisconsin Vision – which has been a tenant at The Corners since 2018 – is relocating within the town center to a larger, 2,445 sq. ft. space next to [solidcore] along Union St. The eyeglass retailer will gain approximately 30% more floor space with its move, which is anticipated to take place in fall 2024.

The expanded store will offer a wide range of designer frames and sunglasses, as well as comprehensive eye exams, routine vision care and prescription updates. With the expansion, Wisconsin Vision will also provide additional opportunities for eye exams through in-store telehealth eye exams while maintaining a full-time doctor on staff.

“The Wisconsin Vision relocation to a larger store is yet another example of our commitment to working in partnership with our brands to develop their business and service lines at The Corners,” said Gould. “Lululemon, Belair Cantina, Grimaldi’s, Bonness Medispa, Altar’d State and Sendiks have all developed and expanded their businesses at The Corners since opening.”
