This exquisite dessert boasts a delicate lemon “Cre`meux” filling atop a delectable foundation of savory lemon marmalade, lemon almond sponge, and a crisp vanilla almond sable crust. It is elegantly glazed with lemon neutral and white chocolate mascarpone, then crowned with a dollop of lemon meringue. A harmonious blend of tartness and sweetness!
