Community Corner

The Community Corner is an intimate 700 square foot space. 

Located on the East side of the the property next to Bonness Medi Spa and FreshFin Poke, this event space is perfect for small events and meetings. It features movable tables, chairs and lounge furniture, a kitchenette and Smart TV. From workshops and board meetings to baby showers and family reunions, this small, but mighty space makes for a great gathering destination. 

The Corners is tickled to be able to offer this space to the community!

• Capacity: 20-25 persons seated, 20-30 persons standing
• Rates: 
  • 1-4 Hours: $50
  • 4-8 Hours: $100
• Food & Beverage can be brought in from any onsite restaurant. This helps us keep the cost down of the room rental and support our amazing food spots! Go casual and pick it up, or work directly with their catering teams for personalized yumminess. 

DIRECTIONS:

If you're heading East on Bluemound Road, enter the shopping center on Lord Street. The Community Corner is located between Bonness Medi-Spa & FreshFin Poke on Lord Street.

If you're heading West on Bluemound Road, enter the shopping center via High Street - you'll come up on street level between Cafe Hollander & L.L.Bean. Head down High Street then turn right on Lord Street (by Lululemon), then another right on Lord street. Or feel free to park in covered parking to avoid cold weather and snow!
