While Santa is busy prepping for the holidays at the North Pole, he sent some of his furry friends to say hello and spread some holiday cheer! Live reindeer will be onsite Sunday, December 21st in Market Square from 11p-2pm for a visit and photo opportunity! Tickets will go on sale on Monday, November 17th at 9am - registration link can be found <a href="https://www.eventbrite.com/e/reindeer-visit-photo-at-the-corners-of-brookfield-tickets-1962495415617?aff=oddtdtcreator" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">here</a>.Your ticket is good for one printed photo and a digital photo. Ticket valid for one group/family, a goody bag &amp; hot cocoa! *all sales are final, no refunds* Note: Please come during your allotted time slot, but feel free to come earlier and walk around!

Our Letters to Santa Mailbox is open! 🎄📬 You are all invited to send your Christmas wishes straight to the North Pole. Santa won’t be mailing responses this year, but he will be reading every single letter. Santa's mailbox is open from Nov. 17 - Dec. 22 to ensure Santa get's all your letters before Christmas!

In the world of pizza, Grimaldi's is an institution that has garnered more awards than any other pizzeria in the country with more celebrity sightings than most 5-star restaurants. Using only the freshest ingredients, a secret recipe pizza sauce, handmade mozzarella cheese and dough, Grimaldi's serves traditional pizza (as it began in Naples, Italy) in an upscale yet casual, family oriented pizzeria. The intense heat of the oven evenly bakes the pies to create Grimaldi's famous crispy and smoky thin crust that Zagat has voted best pizza year after year.

Grimaldi's signature brick oven is the heart of our restaurant and what creates our unique flavor and crispy crust. To maintain the quality of their award-winning pizza, we tend to our ovens twice a day: Once in the morning and again in the afternoon. Tending to the oven is called stoking, and it is a pizza making tradition that goes back over 100 years. Their stoking process consists of knocking down any old coal and ash inside the ovens. We then rebuild the fire, clean and reset. Next, the oven is reheated to the perfect temperature to craft our award-winning pizzas. During this stoking process, pizzas are not available to order. Grimaldi's does offer additional menu options including starters, salads, draft beers and wines for you to enjoy while the oven heats.
