New Look Market Street: New Retailers, Expanded Stores

We're excited to announce a major initiative in reimagining Market Street, bringing our guests more of what you love! Located on the east side of the shopping center, this new look will feature a new slate of retailers and undergo significant investment in public realm enhancements that began in May 2025.

With a continued goal of creating a unique sense of place, the revisions to Market Street will build on a deliberate tenant mix strategy to attract some of the brightest and freshest brands that regional and national retailers have to offer.

Retailers joining the transformed Market Street plans will include Evereve, which will relocated from High St. to a new, larger store of 3,875 sq. ft. Joining them was, ALO Yoga a first-to-Wisconsin retailer, that is now open.

Also joining the lineup is Madewell, which brought their first dual-concept store in the region — featuring both men's and women's collections under one roof. Known for their denim-forward fashion and modern essentials, Madewell offers guests timeless staples and effortless style in a new location next to Free People, which opened Fall 2025.

In a recent announcement, two new tenants will join Alo Yoga and Evereve on the west side of Market Street: Boll and Branch and gorjana.

Boll & Branch is a leading designer and retailer of luxury home textiles. The 2,145 sq. ft. storefront will offer the company’s premium organic and home essentials, including a full range of sheet sets, duvet sets, inserts, throws, towels, pajamas, robes and more. gorjana is a family owned and operated brand known for their everyday jewelry designed to mix, match, and layer. Construction is underway and both stores are set to open Summer 2026.
