Two First-to-Market Tenants Coming to The Corners of Brookfield

Wisconsin’s first Boll & Branch and Milwaukee’s first gorjana to join center’s Market Street

Town of Brookfield, Wis. –The Corners of Brookfield today announced that two new tenants will join its reimagined Market Street when Boll & Branch and gorjana open this summer. The Boll & Branch storefront will be the company’s first Wisconsin location, and gorjana will be new to the Milwaukee region following its Madison opening in 2025.

Boll & Branch is a leading designer and retailer of luxury home textiles. The 2,145 sq. ft. storefront will offer the company’s premium organic and home essentials, including a full range of sheet sets, duvet sets, inserts, throws, towels, pajamas, robes and more.

gorjana is a family owned and operated brand known for their everyday jewelry designed to mix, match, and layer – encouraging creativity and self-expression while making it easy to curate a personal, signature look. The new 1,193 sq. ft. store at The Corners will feature gorjana’s signature collections that uniquely blend timeless elegance with modern trends while delivering an in-store experience rooted in California’s relaxed yet sophisticated energy.

In 2025, The Corners announced a reinvention of Market Street that included significant public realm enhancements, such as landscape and hardscape improvements, bench seating and parking realignment, as well as a refreshed slate of retailers on the center’s eastern corridor. Boll & Branch and gorjana will join new Market Street tenants ALO, Madewell and Evereve’s expanded storefront. Other existing Market Street retailers include Free People, Vow’d, Arhaus and Margaux French Brasserie.

Construction on both storefronts is underway. In addition to the Market Street openings, The Corners welcomed MeatEater, Waking Daisy and an expanded Wisconsin Vision in 2025.
